Our planning and review sets will help you decide if a particular pole house is right for you. Planning and review sets are printed on regular bond paper. Designed for preliminary planning only, they are not intended to be used for construction.

Construction Blueprint Set
Our construction blueprint sets include everything necessary to construct your new pole house. You may order construction blueprints in sets of 5 or 10 depending on your needs.

- Complete floor plans including; interior floor space, optional loft space and exterior decking areas
- Foundation plan
- Main floor framing plan

Not included with our Construction Blueprint Sets:

Reproducible Vellum Plans
All of our Construction Blueprint Sets are also available as erasable and reproducible vellum plans. We recommend that you purchase a single set of our erasable and reproducible vellum plans if you desire to make any minor modifications to our plans after purchase. You may modify the erasable and reproducible vellum plans yourself, or have a designer or an architect assist you in the process. Minor modifications can also be made by your builder in the field, during the construction phase.
Note: Reproducible vellum plans are intended for minor changes only. These erasable vellums will require a specific chemical to erase lines. Please consult with your local blueprint shop for advice on how to erase, correct and print these vellums. A copyright release is included with the reproducible vellum plans so you may reproduce as many copies as needed for a one time use for constructing a single dwelling without infringement of copyright laws.
Building Code Compliance
Every reasonable effort is made to ensure our pole houses are designed and engineered to surpass current regional and national building codes in effect at the time you purchase your plans, including: the Uniform Building Code (UBC), and the International Residential Code (IRC). However, you, the Purchaser, may reside in an area which has unique or restrictive requirements and regulations. Our disclaimer contains more information on building code compliances which may affect you.
